Number 1
 
     

Step 1

Both attacker and defender stand at attention facing each other. The attacker is one the left and the defender is on the right.
  Step 2

Both attacker and defender bow to show respect for each other.

 
  Step 3

Both attacker and defender check their distance by holding out their arms so that their first touch each other.
  Step 4

Both attacker and defender get into ready stance.

 
 
   
         

Step 5

The attacker (on left) steps back with the right foot into forward stance with left hand low block and a Ki Hap (loud yell).
  Step 6

The defender (on right) remains in ready stance and gives a Ki Hap (loud yell).
  Step 7

The attacker steps forward with a middle section punch.
 
 
Step 8


The defender steps to the right with their right foot in forward stance with their left hand uses an outer forearm outside block.
 
     

Step 9

The attacker remains still while the defender uses the right hand to throw a middle section punch to the stomach.
 
 
Step 10

The attacker remains still while the defender uses the left hand to throw a middle section punch to the ribs.
 
 
Step 11

The attacker remains still while the defender uses the right hand to throw a high section punch to the face and gives a Ki Hap (loud yell).
 
Step 12

Both the attacker and the defender return to ready stance.

Number 2
 
     
Step 1: Both attacker and defender stand at attention facing each other. Step 9: The attacker remains still while the defender uses the left hand to throw a middle section punch to the kidney or ribs.   Step 10: The attacker remains still while the defender uses the right hand to throw a middle section punch to the ribs.   Step 11: The attacker remains still while the defender uses the left hand to throw a high section punch to the side of face and gives a Ki Hap (Loud Yell).   Step 12: Both the attacker and the defender return to ready stance.

Step 1: Both attacker and defender stand at attention facing each other. The attacker is on the left and the defender is on the right.   Step 2: Both attacker and defender bow to show respect for each other.   Step 3: Both attacker and defender check their distance by holding out their arms so that their fists touch each other.   Step 4: Both attacker and defender get into ready stance.
 
     
Step 5: The attacker (on left) steps back with the right foot into forward stance with left hand low block and a Ki Hap.   Step 6: The defender (on right) remains in ready stance and gives a Ki Hap.   Step 7: The attacker (on left) steps forward with a middle section punch.   Step 8: The defender (on right) steps forward with their right foot in forward stance. Left hand uses a knife hand block while the right hand uses a knife hand strike to the right side (defender's right) of the attackers neck.
 
     
Step 9: The attacker remains still while the defender uses their left hand hand to grab the attackers wrist and uses their right hand to use a knife hand strike to the left side (defenders left) of the attackers neck.   Step 10: The attacker remains still while the defender uses his right hand to grab the attackers shoulder and shifts their right leg to behind the attackers right leg.   Step 11: The defender pulls the attackers shoulder and arm down knocking the attacker onto their back.   Step 12: The defender uses their right hand to throw a punch to the defenders face.
 
           

Step 13: Both the attacker and the defender return to ready stance.

Number 4
     
Step 1: Both attacker and defender stand at attention facing each other. The attacker is on the left and the defender is on the right.   Step 2: Both attacker and defender bow to show respect for each other.   Step 3: Both attacker and defender check their distance by holding out their arms so that their fists touch each other.   Step 4: Ready stance.
 
     
Step 5: The attacker (on left) steps back with the right foot into forward stance with left hand low block and a Ki Hap. The defender (on right) remains in ready stance and gives a Ki Hap.   Step 6: The defender steps back with their right foot into kicking stance and gives a Ki Hap.   Step 7: The attacker steps forward with a middle section punch.   Step 8: The defender throws a right foot front snap kick to the attackers face. The defender drops their kicking foot right in front of them.
 
         
Step 9: The attacker remains still while the defender throws a right foot jumping front snap kick to the attackers face.   Step 10: Both the attacker and defender return to ready stance.

Step 1: Both attacker and defender stand at attention facing each other. The attacker is on the left and the defender is on the right.   Step 2: Both attacker and defender bow to show respect to each other.   Step 3: Both attacker and defender check their distance by holding out their arms so that their fists touch each other.   Step 4: Both attacker and defender get into ready stance.
 
     
Step 5: The attacker (on left) steps back with the right foot into forward stance with left hand low block and a Ki Hap.   Step 6: The defender (on right) steps back with the right foot into kicking stance and gives a Ki Hap.   Step 7: The attack steps forward with a middle section punch.   Step 8: The defender throws a right foot roundhouse kick and the drops the foot in front.
 
         
Step 9: The attacker remains still while the defender throws a right foot jumping roundhouse kick with a Ki Hap.   Step 10: Both the attacker and the defender return to ready stance.

Step 1: Both attacker and defender stand at attention facing each other. The attacker is on the left and the defender is on the right.   Step 2: Both attacker and defender bow to show respect for each other.   Step 3: Both attacker and defender check their distance by holding out their arms so that their fists touch each other.   Step 4: Both attacker and defender get into ready stance.
 
     
Step 5: The attacker (on left) steps back with their right foot into forward stance and a left hand low block and gives a Ki Hap.   Step 6: The defender (on right) remains in ready stance and gives a Ki Hap.   Step 7: The attacker steps forward with right hand high section punch.   Step 8: The defender steps forward toward the right with their right foot and does a cross knife hand block with their left hand on top.
 
     
Step 9: The attacker remains still while the defender grab the right hand with thumbs on back of the hand while swinging the arm counterclockwise.   Step 10: The defender steps in with left foot under the attacker's arm and turn around.   Step 11: The defender pulls the grabbed hand down as step backward with right foot. At the same time the attacker goes down on his right knee and does left side break fall.   Step 12: The defender steps in with right foot to under the right shoulder af the attacker as pushing with knee to the top of the elbow while turning own body counterclockwise(Ki hap).

The attacker is on the left and the defender is on the right.   Step 2: Both attacker and defender bow to show respect for each other.   Step 3: Both attacker and defender check their distance by holding out their arms so that their fists touch each other.   Step 4: Both attacker and defender get into ready stance.
 
     
Step 5: The attacker (on left) steps back with the right foot into forward stance with left hand low block and a Ki Hap.   Step 6: The defender (on right) remains in ready stance and gives a Ki Hap.   Step 7: The attacker steps forward with their right leg and right hand high section punch with a loud Ki Hap.   Step 8: The defender steps out with left foot diagonally and does cross knife hand block with right hand on top.
 
     
Step 9: The defender grabs hand with thumbs on back of the hand as bringing the hand down clockwise.   Step 10: The defender step under the arm and turn around.   Step 11: The defender bring the offender's hand up on the back.   Step 12: Bend the wrist and then push back of the hand toward elbow (Ki hap).

Step 5: The attacker (on left) steps back with the right foot into forward stance with left hand low block and a Ki Hap.   Step 6: The defender (on right) remains in ready stance and gives a Ki Hap.   Step 7: The attacker steps forward with right hand middle punch into forward stance.   Step 8: The defender steps forward with left foot forward stance with right hand knife hand block.
 
         
Step 9: The attacker remains still while the defender grabs the attacker's wrist and rotates their wrist down and does a side kick to the ribs (Ki hap).   Step 10: Both attacker and defender return to ready stance.

The attacker is on the left and the defender is on the right.   Step 2: Both attacker and defender bow to show respect for each other.   Step 3: Both attacker and defender check their distance by holding out their arms so that their fists touch each other.   Step 4: Both attacker and defender get into ready stance.
 
     
Step 5: The attacker (on left) steps back with the right foot into forward stance with left hand low block and a Ki Hap.   Step 6: The defender (on right) remains in ready stance and gives a Ki Hap.   Step 7: The defender steps back with their right foot into kicking ready stance with a loud Ki Hap.   Step 8: The attacker steps forward with right leg and right leg middle section punch with a loud Ki Hap.
 
       
Step 9: The defender does a right leg crescent kick to the attackers fist knocking it out of the way.   Step 10: The defender follows the crescent kick with a side kick to the rib   Step 11: Both attacker and defender return to ready stance.

Step 1: Both attacker and defender stand at attention facing each other. The attacker is on the left and the defender is on the right.   Step 2: Both attacker and defender bow to show respect for each other.   Step 3: Both attacker and defender get into ready stance.   Step 4: The attacker (on left) steps back with the right foot into forward stance with left hand low block and a Ki Hap.
 
     
Step 5: The defender (on right) remains in ready stance and gives a Ki Hap.   Step 6: The attacker steps forward with their right leg and right hand middle section punch with a loud Ki Hap.   Step 7: The defender step in with left foot and knife hand block palm strike to the face.   Step 8: Step in behind the right leg.
 
       
Step 9: Take down the attacker.   Step 10: Punch to the face with a loud Ki Hap.   Step 11: Both attacker and defender return to ready stance.

Number 11
 
     
Step 1: Both attacker and defender stand at attention facing each other. The attacker is on the left and the defender is on the right.   Step 2: Both attacker and defender bow to show respect for each other.   Step 3: Both attacker and defender get into ready stance.   Step 4: The attacker (on left) steps back with the right foot into forward stance with left hand low block and a Ki Hap.
 
     
Step 5: The defender (on right) remains in ready stance and gives a Ki Hap.   Step 6: The attacker steps forward with their right leg and right hand middle section punch.   Step 7: The defender step in diagonally to the left and left palm block.   Step 8: And then spin around clockwise by moving right foot and elbow strike to the back.
 
     
Step 9: Wrap around the neck and put left hand on the kidney area.   Step 10: Take the offender down.   Step 11: Perform a headlock on the offender (Ki hap).   Step 12: Both attacker and defender return to ready stance.
